Analysing Pinpoint Bat

At one point over the weekend we had all four detectors out. We had one returned and spent quite a time slogging through the 612 files. The survey was in a place we have never been and we identified several interesting calls along with the inevitable common and soprano pips.

The next stage is to transfer the data to the computer and then plot a QGIS map.

On Monday night Viv and Malcolm gave us 6000 files they made doing car transects in the Luton area. We are in the process of siting out the noise files from bat calls, we may be some time. Thank goodness for TF32
