And the season starts

Not a bad start to the survey season at Stockgrove last night
Bats in 4 boxes (although they refused to come out of 2! – Brown long-eared & soprano pips were the ones playing ball with getting identified. Only 14 Daubenton passes on the count at the main lake but plenty of Myotis calls on the detectors. Also heard were common & soprano pips, a single Noctule (so none of the usual show) and a barbastelle 🦇
