Bat care is very demanding and the success rate\u00a0 is relatively low, as any bat found injured is likely to have major difficulties. It is not something to be undertaken lightly<\/p>\n<p>One of the pdfs outlines how we set up a bat care group in Bedfordshire<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.bats.org.uk\/pages\/national_bat_care_workshop_2011.html\">http:\/\/www.bats.org.uk\/pages\/national_bat_care_workshop_2011.html<\/a><\/p>\n<p>We are currently over wintering one bat which was badlymauled by a cat. It has made a good recovery and is now flying indoors.
