Bob and I went up to Rushmere yesterday, and, as old habits die hard, Bob thought he would just check a couple of the bat boxes there. He does this regularly but so far there has been nobody in. However, today was different and he found three pipistrelles lurking in one of the three boxes he checked. This is the first time we have found a bat in a box since we put them up in February 2014. Bob hopes to check the remaining boxes later this week.
