The first bat walk took place at Priory of Friday night. The enthusiastic attendees were joined by Danny,Nicky,Viv and Malcolm, who were all able to try out , who were using three different detectors. They have yet to analyse their recordings but it does seem that they might have heard a brown long eared bats.
These popular walks book up quickly, so do remember to book. There is only room for twenty people and we lend you bat detectors, usually one between two or three. This is one of the best bat sites in the county and the walk is suiytable for folk with liited mobility.
