We didn’t get through all the boxes as there were quite a lot of bats at home 2 sopranos, a noctule and more than 23 brown long eared.The Noctule was a placid female, butter wouldn’t melt in her mouth

But like many of her species she is clever, devious and strong. When the bats have bean processed we return them to their boxes and lplug the boxe with some foam tog ive them time to settle. We return after 15 minutes to remove the plug. She had other ideas and wwe we watched her drag the foam into the box, wriggle free and fly off.
