In October we did a talk for the Pulloxhill Brownies and this morning a cheque for £50 arrived as a donation to the bat group. This money was raised during a bat drive fundraising event. Unfortunately, there was no photo taken at this event, so we can only speculate what it involved, but we are sure no bats were hurt during the event. This was a lovely early Christmas present and we will divide it between mealworms for the captive bat and funding more talks to young groups in Bedfordshire.
