Sunday saw us at the Anglian Wolf Open Day. Two of their wolves have died this year, but the remaining wolves seemed less upset than their carers

We were able to bring two juvenile bats that are currently in care so that people could see a live bat.

People had come from far and wide to see the wolves, and as always the people with the best bat information came from out of county.

Because it was a relatively small event we weren’t crowded out and people stopped to have lengthy chats.

In the quiet moments we headed over to the Teaching TalonsĀ  (which is run by bat group member Becky Shaw) stall and made a fuss of the african hedgehog

We had a great time and have promised that we will do another walk for the Angian Wolf Society
