Working with the Woodland Trust

The Woodland Trust owns a number of Wood in Bedfordshire, the most impressive of which is Swineshead Wood, a delightful piece of ancient woodland. We have done a number of surveys thee with the Trust’s permission and in August we were working with heir new Woodland manager who joined us. He was really interested in learning more abut woodlands and bat requirements. Bob volunteered to help him look at some other woods in the area and was joined on Thursday by Jonathan who is a member of both the Bedfordshire and Cambridgeshire Groups.

It was the least we could do given that they have been so helpful.
