We went back today, this time with Chris who is used to squeezing into confined spaces. We didn’t find any bats,which surprised him, as it very similar to a Cambridgeshire site which has numerous bats. One of the doors may prevent bats from finding a way in, he suggested a modification which might improve matter. Hopefully Natural Heritage may allow minor changes.
