Biggleswade Common Survey

A new survey for 2021 happened on Mon in an area we had no record for.

And what a night was had. Almost continuous bats, Noctules Daubenton’s and common and soprano pips. Came home with 660 recordings, most of which had several passes and often had several species. Took an age to analyse, hence the delay in posting!

Thanks to John for finding this site and Bob for slogging through the files.

Were the low frequency pips Nathusius.? Next time may tell
