Bioblitz at Marston Vale Country Park

Bedfordshire Natural History Society held a Bioblitz at Marston Vale. Geraldine , Dick Bill and Lesley and went along to represent the Bat Group while others were involved in the Bechstein’s project. We had low expectations of bats at the site as there had been almost none last time we looked. This time, despite the dismal weather,  several pipistrelles of both species were heard as well as a couple of Myotis passes
